About Jennifer

A life devoted to the pursuit of Truth

My spiritual search began when I was sixteen, after an accident brought some of life’s deepest questions into focus for me.

By the time I was twenty, one question had become especially important: Was it possible to live a deeply spiritual life while also living fully in the ordinary world?

I thought of it as finding “the way between the worlds.”

That question has stayed with me throughout my life.

For more than three decades, I have devoted myself to meditation, contemplative practice, spiritual inquiry, teaching, study, and—perhaps most importantly—learning how to bring spirituality into the realities of everyday life.

Into relationships. Marriage and family. Work and service. Difficult decisions. Uncertainty. Joy. Loss. And all the ordinary moments in between.

This lifelong exploration eventually became the heart of Within All Things.

What I have learned along the way

Over the years, I have experienced the profound difference between spiritual relationships that empower us and those that can cause us to look outside ourselves for authority.

That distinction has deeply shaped the way I work today.

I believe that spiritual support at its best helps us deepen our own direct connection with what is sacred—not become dependent upon another person to tell us what is true.

I don't want to stand in front of you and ask you to follow me.

I want to stand beside you.

To listen deeply. To ask meaningful questions. To offer reflection, perspective, and practices when they are helpful.

And most importantly, to support you in learning to hear and trust your own heart more deeply.

Why I do this work

My own life has been shaped by an unwavering commitment to spiritual Truth.

But your spiritual life does not need to look like mine.

Your questions, beliefs, experiences, relationship with the sacred, and understanding of what is true and meaningful are uniquely your own.

My role is not to give you those answers.

It is to create a space in which you can explore them honestly, deepen your connection with what matters most, and bring what you discover more fully into the life you are actually living.

That is the work I feel called to offer now.

When we work together, you benefit from the foundation that has shaped my life and work:

  • An unwavering commitment to spiritual Truth. I have devoted my life to seeking and living spiritual truth, wherever it leads.
  • Decades of contemplative practice and teaching. More than thirty years of meditation and spiritual practice have given me the experience and perspective that inform every coaching conversation.
  • A deep respect for your own relationship with what is sacred. I believe your spiritual journey is uniquely your own, and I honor the wisdom, questions, and experiences that are unfolding within you.
  • Trusting your own heart. I am deeply committed to helping you recognize and trust your own connection with Higher Power, and to learning to listen more deeply to what you already know in your heart.

Experience I bring to our work

  • More than three decades of meditation and contemplative practice
  • Decades of experience teaching and supporting others in meditation, mindfulness, and spiritual exploration
  • A Doctorate in Education, with a focus on meditation and wellness
  • Experience working with people from many different backgrounds and professions
  • And, above all, a lifetime of trying to understand how spirituality can be lived, not simply believed

I bring that experience to our work without assuming that my path should become yours.

The heart of Within All Things

I chose the name Within All Things because it expresses something that has become increasingly clear to me over the course of my life:

Spirituality is not separate from life.

Within All Things

You don't need to leave your ordinary life behind in order to live a spiritual one.

The invitation is to discover what is sacred and true for you, deepen your relationship with it, and allow it to become increasingly present in how you live.

I would be honored to walk beside you.
